You may either fill out your application online or by mail. To fill out your application online, simply click the icon below. Then mail your check for $30 to the Los Angeles Catholic Alumni Club, P.O. Box 7612, Northridge CA 91327
To pay by mail, click the icon below to download a Membership Application. Print it, fill it out and mail it along with your check to LACAC Membership Chairperson, P.O. Box 7612, Northridge, CA 91327 along with your check for $30.
Initial dues are $30.
Renewal dues are $30 per year for members and $30 for former members now married.
